Google Glass Driving Case on a Women in San Diego Municipal Court
A woman was sued for wearing Google Glass by California Highway Patrol Officer last October while driving. When the officer came to know that she was wearing the G glass he filed the case on her that she was driving the car while watching the TV Monitor.
But the Municipal Court of San Diego did not take into consideration since there were no proof that her car has a mounted monitor inside. John Blair Commissioner Informed the Court Hall that there was scope of influence and intention failed to follow the law while driving by viewing a computer monitor ( Google Glass), But there was no evidence for the crime happened.
This unresolved and dismissed case against that women who wore Gglass does not mean public can use this in road.
