Entry level accountant Job Description by Epicurean Group: 

Fast growing Service Company looking for an Entry level Accountant

Job Duties/ Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

Process and reconcile accounts payable

Filing and organizing accounting files & documents

Communicate with unit managers to resolve discrepancies

Prepare business unit profit and loss statements

Analysis of financial accounts

Reconcile Bank statements

Prepare sales invoices and credit memos

Special projects.

Qualification:

Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus.

Excellent communication skills

Strong and accurate multi-tasking abilities

Outstanding organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment

Confirmed record of reliability and punctuality

Tested ability to work in a team environment.
